How to solve the issue of mould sticking in injection moulds?

Usually, making better polishing and increasing the ejector pin design will solve this problem;

How to solve the problem of mould sticking when the raw material is TPU or TPE?

If you use TPU, TPE resin, even if the polishing effect is very good, the products are still encounter sticky mould, the reason is that this kind of material is injected into the mould and adsorbed on the surface of the cavity, which forms a vacuum and leads to the sticky mould, in this case, even if we increase the ejector pin, it’s useless, not to mention that the ejector pin marks will affect the appearance of the product.

We can texture the mould cavity surface to solve the problem, that is, the surface of the product has a small texture, and the mould will not form a vacuum after the texture will not stick to the mould.

However, some products are not allowed to have texture on the surface, but must be very smooth, so what should we do? We have a better solution, please contact me.
